“ Went on a walking tour and discover this place. As I been told this is one of the coffee roasters that dedicate to the highest quality of beans, that means, all hand harvest with only red beans (others might use machine and mixed red and green beans when harvest) we see coffee master sorting out beans while they roast the coffees and there are many verieties of beans as well as brew method to choose from. I choose chemex method with their most popular beans, mezcla, from Soconusco region in Chiapa. Flavor is well balanced with a bit chocolate, fruit and floral with slight acidity. The cafe has a great ambience and music, I chilled here while hubby wants walk around the centro district. I will come back again for sure. ”

Excellent coffee and service, someone met us right after entering the coffee shop and presented the various types of coffee available. And yes, the whole place is beautifully designed, but there's so much more to it than just aesthetics. So all in all, will definitely be going back. ”
